Your records are yours. Here is what we hold.

Where your shop's records live

Everything you record in Rajista (products, prices, sales, customers, expenses, staff, settings) is stored on your own devices: the phone, tablet or computer you use it on. The app works with no internet at all.

What passes through our servers

When two or more of your devices are linked, changes travel between them through a relay we run on Cloudflare, with its database in Western Europe. The relay keeps a log of your shop's changes so a device that was off can catch up, and so a new or replacement device can rebuild the shop. That log is a full record of your shop, including your customers' names, phone numbers and what they owe, and your staff names. The relay removes cost prices and the activity log before anything is sent to a till. It is used for nothing else: we do not read, sell, share or analyse it. The log is kept for as long as your shop uses Rajista, and removed when you ask (see below). You can remove a device from your shop at any time, and everything on that device stays on it.

What we keep about you

What we never do

Deleting everything

Remove the app and its data from your devices, and message us on WhatsApp or email to have your business, its linked devices and its change log removed from the relay, or anything you sent from this site. The same address handles any request to see or correct what we hold. Payment records are kept as long as Nigerian tax rules require.
